Privacy policy
SꝏlVerse is built around trust. This page explains, in plain language, what data we collect and why.
01Who we are
SꝏlVerse SAS (“SꝏlVerse”, “we”) is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. Registered office: Lyon, France — SIREN 103 553 137. For any privacy question, contact juliette@soolverse.com.
02What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us through our forms — the four “doors” (author, publisher, reader, literary professional) and the contact form. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, publishing house, main genre, backlist details, craft, a portfolio link, and your message.
03Why we use it
Your data is used solely to respond to your request, to keep you informed about early access or launch when you ask us to, and to build the founding community. The legal basis is your consent, given via the checkbox on each form.
04Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to the processing of your data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these, write to juliette@soolverse.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
05Cookies
This site keeps cookies to a minimum. Any non-essential cookies will only be set with your consent. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies at any time.
